We all need guiding hands to get us on the right track. This is where the RGU Mentor-Mentee programme comes in handy. Royal Global University (RGU) understands the practicality in which mentoring can play a significant role in a student's overall development. This Mentor-Mentee program's goal is to provide a welcome and supportive atmosphere for RGU students. The Mentor-Mentee programme at the University pairs a small number of students (the Mentees) with a student (the Mentor), as well as a Faculty Mentor and a Faculty Core Committee, to share knowledge and expertise. Mentors receive feedback and networking possibilities through this programme, while mentees receive advise, support, direction, and a broad range of skills, knowledge, and networking opportunities.
