About Aapnam

Aapnam is an initiative taken by alumni from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee to build a one stop solution to cater learning requirements for IT(Information Technology) and software industry and raise awareness for emerging trends in technology.

Aapnam Summer Training Programme(STP)

After extensive research & study of demand from existing IT industry we have found certain gaps between education and employability. Aapnam STP is designed to fulfill these gaps and make them “EMPLOYABLE”. Such Trainings are helpful for all but are MORE helpful for Fresh Graduates who are not aware of the Industry Trends and technologies required to boost their employability. Our employability training has following advantages over others

● Week 1 - Setup LIVE project allocation

○ WAMP/LAMP/Tomcat/JDK/MySQL server setup and introduction

○ Discussion and allocation of projects

○ Discussion of architecture of applications

● Week 2 - Language proficiency

○ PHP/JAVA core training

○ Web services development

○ Dynamic web programming

● Week 3 - Database proficiency

○ RDBMS Schema - How to design and implement schema

○ SQL, JDBC - DB CRUD operations using database drivers

● Week 4 - Frontend proficiency

○ JQuery/YUI - Awesome frontend development.

● Week 5 - Project business logic

○ Design & implementation of back end web services for project

● Week 6 - Project UX Cloud integration

○ Integrate front end with project’s back end

○ Deploy project to demo cloud servers of aapnam
