Whether you go to school in a big city or a small town, there can always be threats to your safety and if you are aware of your surroundings and know basic defense, you can save your life. A self-defense is actually a lot of fun. I suggest everyone take one of these classes to actually learn some basic self defense moves for yourself!

Students also build there career by giving exam of martial art courses and playing tournament at district,state,nationals,international levels. GLOBAL INSTITUTE OF SELF DEFENCE AND MARTIAL ARTS (GOSEDMA ) will prepare players to win on these level.
