She Bikers aims to inspire women through this community and encourage them to take a step to fulfill their dreams and highlight their skills to the world, Started By MS. RUCHIKA SHARMA (Director SHE BIKERS) having over 8 years of experience in the field of Driver's Training, Fleet Management, Safety, Health, Environment and HSE Training and have a Good International working Exposure. At the same time I can provide with an Excellent Technical Support as well as Solutions with my Experience, Ability, and Commitment towards Job and Communication Skills to the company..
We are making She Bikers group of India. An association of like-minded females who are interested in touring, activities, learning, driving motorcycles and four wheelers. We even organize a monthly workshops and activity for same. We are also providing self defense training to women. We believe that, these activities are best source for empowerment and at the same time brings the adrenaline rushing into our veins.
We are a creating a group of females who have its own personality and skills. Every woman of this group has a different reason for being who they are.
Ruchika Sharma is of the finest bike riding experts who sustains more than 2-3 years experience in the field of Vehicle Riding. She has already worked with various riding agencies in both national and international exposure. As a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspiring person she is doing great for women empowerment. In She Bikers, she is truly dedicated and committed to making women better, stronger,and much more confident rider.
As a pro-motorcyclist and beginner, it's too tough to figure out the pros and cons of the riding rules. Ms. Ruchika initially, figures out the beginner riding skills and work according to it. Risk Management and Safety is some of the factors which she concerns more while training. To encourage women and help them to take a step to fulfill their dreams is her major goal and still she working for it.
