Qualification & Experience:

Dean -> Doctorate degree in any discipline / subject of concerned faculty. 15 years experience of teaching / research experience.

University Librarian -> Doctorate degree in Library Sciences, relaxable to high 2nd class Master's degree in library sciences in case of candidates with exceptionally distinguished achievements or brilliant academic record. 12 Years experience.

Professor -> Doctorate degree in the subject concerned. 10 Years Experience in the relevant subject.

Associate Professor / Senior Scientist -> Doctorate degree in the subject concerned. 08 Years experience in the relevant subject.

Assistant Professor / Junior Scientist -> Master's degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in the concerned subject; and Ph.D. degree (with course work) in concerned subject as prescribed by the UGC regulations, 2009; and NET or at least two full length publications having a NAAS rating not less than 4, on the last date of submission of application (OR) Master's degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject; and Ph.D. degree (without course work) in the concerned subject; and NET.
