Qualified Fresher candidates should take the Sap Hana SLOG training from Metaphor Consulting for the duration of four months. Out of which 3 Months should be the class room training and one month should carried out either at corporate industry or Metaphor Consulting working culture based on candidate potential.
At the month of 5th candidate should depute at Metaphor Consulting client on the pay role of selected organization and should eligible for stipend for next six months. In same, based on training result and feedback if candidate perform well, client should enrolled the candidate as an employee and facilities should beings based on the day one of their HR guideline.
