Qualification/ Experience:

Assistant Nursing Superintendent ->

(1) Essential - B.sc. Nursing (4 Year Course from a recognised Institute / University (OR) B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post-basic) (2 Year Course) from a recognised Institute / University. Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
(2) Experience - Six years experience in 200 bedded healthcare organization after obtaining. Degree or equivalent from recognised Institute / University.
(3) Desirable - M.Sc. (Nursing) from recognised Institute / University. Ability to use computers -hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations.

Staff Nurse Grade - I ->

(1) Essential - B.sc. Nursing (4 Year Course from a recognised Institute / University. (OR) B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post-basic) (2 Year Course) from a recognised Institute / University. Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
(2) Experience - Three years of experience as Staff Nurse Grade - II in a minimum 100 bedded Hospital/ Healthcare Institute.
(3) Desirable - Ability to use computers -hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations.

Staff Nurse Grade - II ->

(1) Essential - B.sc. (Nursing) (4 Year Course) from a recognised Institute / University. (OR) B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post-basic) (2 Year Course) from a recognised Institute / University. Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
(2) Desirable - Ability to use computers -hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations.
