ICSI CSEET 2020 The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) holds s CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for direct admission of the candidates in the CS Executive Programme. The upcoming and the first CSEET 2020 is to be held in the month of May 2020 and the registration for it ends on April 15, 2020. CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is decided to be held 4 times in a year that is the month of May, July, November, and January. 10+2 passed / appearing students, graduates and postgraduates students can register for CSEET on icsi.edu. ICSI has scrapped CS Foundation. However, students who have passed CS Foundation programme are exempted from CSEET and they do not need to pay any exemption fee. Also, the students who have passed the final examination of ICAI and / or ICMAI do not have to appear for CSEET, provided they pay an exemption fee at the time of CS executive programme registration. Candidates who are enrolled in Foundation shall finish their course and then move to Executive course. For important dates of CSEET 2020, check the table below.

ICSI CSEET 2020 Cutoff Marks
The candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks to pass CSEET 2020. The same is given below:
Candidates have to get 45% marks in each paper for the CBT.
In aggregate (CBT + viva-voce) the candidates have to get a total of 50% marks.
ICSI CSEET 2020 Admit Card
After the CSEET 2020 registration is over, and the fee has been paid, candidates get an email / SMS on registered email id / mobile number. however, as per the brochure, the schedule of CSEET 2020 is intimated to the students via email / SMS. As per it, candidates have to appear for CSEET 2020.

Company Secretary course Eligibility:

CS Foundation: 10+2 or equivalent pass students are eligible for the foundation program.

CS Executive:
Graduation
CS entrance test CSEET pass / CA Pass / ICWA Pass
Note: Students of any stream- Arts / Science / Commerce (excluding Fine Arts) can apply to the CS course.

Every listed company and other class of companies (i.e. non-listed public companies with share capital of 5 crore or & private Companies with share capital of 5 crore to have a Qualified Company Secretary be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel to perform the Functions of Company Secretary under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Key Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
