Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Chandigarh/260km/5hr journey
Delhi Capital of India meet with our Representative at Airfield/Railhead and drive down Delhi to Chandigarh. Upon arrival visit Chandigarh Attractions : Rock Garden : An unpretentious entrance leads to a magnificent, almot surrealist arrangement of rock fossils, broken chinaware, discarded fluorescent tubes, broken and cast away glass bangles, building waste, coal and clay all juxtaposed to create a dream folk world of palaces, soldiers, monkeys, village life, women and temples. These are open air sculptures, one display separated from the other by a clever use of tunnels, twists, turns and concealed gateways such that this magical world unfolds in phases. After that visit Botanical Gardens and Sukhna Lake. Later check into hotel. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 : Chandigarh to Manali/320 km/7.5 hr journey
Post breakfast check out and depart for Manali covering 7.5 hrs journey (start journey by 8am). Enter to Manali via Kulu. From Kulu Manali is 40km far. From Kulu enjoy the breathtaking views of snow capped mountains and forests, and apple orchards as you have been stepped into Valleys of God with the splendour of Himalaya and Beas River. Upon arrival check into hotel. Evening at own leisure at Manali. Dinner & Overnight at Manali.

Day 3 : Manali Sightseeing
Post breakfast enjoy half day sightseeing to Manu temple : dedicated to sage manu, Hidimba/Dhungiri temple : Built in 1553 famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. Vashist : well known for hot springs and temple is dedicated to Lord Rama and sage Vashist. Later visit Monasteries: Tibetan Monastery. Evening drive back to Mall road and enjoy local ambience on the mall tinted with Tibetan & Hongkong market offers shopping: Kullu Shawls, Local tweeds, Caps rugs, Footwear, Fresh Fruits, Natural Oils (Olive & Almond), Silver Jewellery, Pullovers, metal craft, Woollen Jackets and Bamboo products. Later drive back to hotel. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 : Rohtang pass sightseeing ( This arrangement will be in Local Himachal car at your own cost)
Post breakfast (early by 7:30am) leave hotel and enjoy excursion to Rohtang pass, on the road to Keylong is the Nehru Kund(5km) which is clear water spring and scenic spot named after the Late Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, further drive down to Kothi (12km) is a picturesque village and offers breathtaking view of the deep gorge through which the Beas River Swiftly races. Again a short drive will amuse you with Rohala Water falls(16km) at an attitude of 2500m. Again cover up drive to Solang Valley ; A picturesque setting has good ski slopes and picnic spots/paragliding. It has the Glacier closest to Manali. Drive further to reach to Rohtang Pass ( upto snow line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) Rohtang Pass is the gateway to Trans Himalayan Lahul-spiti valley , it is at a height of 3980m.Drive back to hotel with a starry-eyed and enjoy dinner at hotel. Overnight at Manali.

Day 5 : Check out Manali Naggar Castle sightseeing and departure to Shimla/290km/7hr
Post breakfast check out from hotel and drive down 22km to visit the beautiful heritage Naggar Castle, the old capital of Kullu. In Naggar is located, the Roerich Art Gallery museum, in a grove of deodhars with lovely views all around. It houses a collection of the paintings by the Russian artist. Naggar is very serene and picturesque. Later drive down to Shimla. Upon arrival check into hotel. Enjoy facilities at hotel or enjoy walk around the destination. Dinner and Overnight at Shimla.

Day 6 : Shimla sightseeing
Post breakfast, explore the old colonial buildings, most famous amongst them being the Viceregal Lodge. It once served as the seat of British power, from a hillock west of Shimla. The imposing six-storey edifice, with its manicured gardens is today the institute for advanced studies. It overlooks the Shimla State Museum, which is a treasure trove of Pahari art and sculpture. Further move on to explore the scenic places around Simla Kufri at a height of 8250 feet, famous for its ski-slopes and fine views of deep valleys and thick forests. Kufri has a Himalayan Wild Life Zoo which hosts rare antelopes, felines and birds including Himalayan Monal, the state bird of Himachal Pradesh. During winter a meandering path through the potato plantations turns into a popular Ski track. In the evening soak in the ambiance of this old world town ( by walk, vehicle is not allowed on mall road), going shopping on the the fashionable Mall the main promenade that is agog with elegant shops, splendid hotels, restaurants and bustling, gay cosmopolitan crowds that give the appearance of being on a perpetual holiday. Cobble-stoned paths wind down to the middle and lower bazaars. Dinner and overnight at Shimla.

Day 7 : Check out- Drive to Delhi/375km/9hr
Post breakfast by 7am check out from hotel and drive down to Delhi/9hr journey. As per onward journey drop at airfield/rail head.
