Knowledge about End to End Sales process in US staffing.

· Develop Client relationship and come up with the IT requirements from the clients in International Market.

· Having experience in vendor management, staffing and marketing for the IT consultant in US market.

· Coordinating with vendor for pre interview and post interview process.

· Have good understanding about IT skills.

· Should have good knowledge on social networking sites like LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

· Should have good knowledge about different types of US VISA.

· Experience in W2, 1099, Corp-Corp hiring

· Experience in dealing with vendors, rate negotiations.

· Should have experience in Bench Marketing.

· Should have Excellent communication skill

· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.

· Having a proven track record in staffing and marketing of IT manpower in US market.

· Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Emails

· Should be able to work in the EST time zone (IST 6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
