Pailan College of Management and Technology under the Pailan Group has been set up to meet the manpower training and knowledge upgradation needs of the industry. With the rapid pace of growth in technological domain and frequent paradigm shifts in technology, efficient engineering personnel equipped with sound conceptual knowledge and expert professional skills is the vital need of the hour. The advent of liberalization in the early 90’s, resulted in the influx of global players into the Indian market and their emphasis on using state-of-the-art technologies created a spurt in the demand for contemporary engineering courses in the suburbs of West Bengal’s commercial capital, Kolkata.
