Job Description (JD) :

1)Should have knowledge of customer handling.
2)Handling bulk Check in & Check out.
3)Handling and solving difficult situations.
4)Reporting to senior manager EOD.
5)Taking care of billing section. etc.

Candidate Requirement :

* Male/Female candidates are welcome.
* Education Qualification - Graduate (BHM/BBA/Hospitality/Aviation, etc)
* Excellent English/Hindi/Bengali comm. skill.
* Basic computer skills (MS Office,e-mail, etc.)
* Presentable appearance and positive attitude
* Freshers are welcome.

Shift Timings :

* Male candidate has to be flexible for rotational shifts.
* Female candidate has to be flexible for morning and afternoon shifts . (Drop service will be provided for afternoon shift) .

Salary : INR 72,000.00 to INR 96,000.00 + performance based incentive.
