1) Take Inbound calls, customer response. No sales calls, no target.
2) Committed and cultured individuals with professional attitude will be selected.
3) Strong customer service skills are required : Problem-solving skills, patience, good listener.
4) Should be computer and internet friendly ( willing to work in a computerised working environment )
5) Ready to work in rotating /flexible shifts.
Education and Experience:
1) Very good communication skills, including English proficiency, Bengali and Hindi language skills.
2) Good knowledge in computers.
3) Previous experience in an BPO will be an added advantage.
4) Convent education or recognized three-year college or university in English medium will be an added advantage.
