Innovative Minds Consultancy is the brain child of Aditi & Sushmita. We believe in nurturing our relations through proper sourcing and timely manpower placements. Our vision is to create a footprint in the field of Recruitment, Training and Client servicing and source and develop new search strategy methods from time to time. Quality sourcing, interviewing candidates in accordance with the Clients requirements, assessing and recommending them to the clients is one of our forte. We touch base with potential candidates through various job portals, job postings, referrals, through word of mouth and build our network of database. We facilitate and coordinate interview schedules from entry to senior level profiles for our various client base.
We organize and conduct Training Sessions on Communications & Client Servicing for our esteemed Clients. We are also into background screenings and reference checks as and when required from our Client’s end. Our aim is to ensure prompt delivery of service to our existing clients, manage and resolve any escalations, meet recruitment deadlines and build a long term relation with our Clients .
