1. Food and Beverage executive
The Food and Beverage department is responsible for all of the
dining rooms,restaurants, bars, the galley (kitchen), clean up
(utilities) and provisions operations aboard the cruise ship.
Exp : 1-3 years

2. Banquet Manager:
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held in the Hotel and all details pertaining to functions being held in all Banquet and Meeting rooms in keeping with the standards prescribed by management. The position is primarily concerned with front of house activities.

3.Bartender
Knowledge of alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes.Sales ability.Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.Teaching skills.Inventory Management.Customer Service.
