Kolkata Port Trust intends to recruit the following personnel in Class-III and Class-IV category from Person With Disabilities (PWDs) for different Departments / Divisions under Kolkata Dock System of KPT.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 1.9.2015. Age relaxation by 5 years for SC, 3 years for OBC and additional 10 years for PWD.

Educational Qualifications:

Hindi Assistant -> Degree from a recognized University with English and Hindi as subject combinations. Experience - Two years in Hindi Translation work. Preference will be given to those who are proficient in computer works.

Clerk -> Matriculate or equivalent from recognized Board, preference will be given to the candidates possessing higher educational qualifications. Knowledge in computer application is desirable.

Typist (Basic Grade) -> Matriculate or equivalent from recognized Board, preference will be given to the candidates possessing higher educational qualifications. Typing Speed - 40 Words Per Minute. Knowledge in computer application is desirable.

Key Jamadar (Class - IV) / Peon (Class - IV) / Vigilance Watcher (Class - IV) -> Minimum Class - VIII passed.
