Essential Qualifications:

Scientific Officer-'D' ->

(1) 19 years post qualification experience with minimum 50% marks in B.Sc + at least 60% marks in BLtS or equivalent diploma (OR)
(2) 13 years post qualification experience with minimum 50% marks in B.Sc(H) + at least 60% marks in BLIS or equivalent diploma (OR)
(3) 13 years post qualification experience with minimum 50% marks in B.Sc + minimum 60% marks in MLIS.

Technician 'B' ->

(1) Minimum 60% marks in Secondary Examination with 4 years of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification (No ITI certificate). (OR)
(2) Secondary Examination pass with 3 years of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification along with ITI certificate based on a curriculum of one year duration. (OR)
(3) Secondary Examination pass with 2 years of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification along with ITI certificate based on a curriculum of two year duration. (OR)
(4) Higher Secondary Examination pass with minimum 50% marks in Science and Malhs put together and minimum 50% marks in Secondary examination (No ITI certificate).
