We are Hiring People For Learning Coordinator In Educational Sector in Kolkata
Location: Purulia, Bankura, Birbhum, Paschim Medinipur, North 24 Pargana, Nadia, Kolkata, Burdwan, Hooghly, South 24 PGS, North Dinajpur, South Dinajpur, Malda, Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar, Darjeeling.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Academic: Min Graduate (preferably technical graduate/ master e.g. BCA, MCA)
• Technical skill: Very good in MS Office 2007, Basic Hardware/ Networking knowledge
• Experience: More than 2 years of exp in teaching computer subjects and monitoring training
• Other skills: appreciable presentation and communication skill, auditing and problem solving capabilities, having good in report tracking.
• Others: Willing to travel.

Job Description:

• Visit each batch at-least once in a week
• Check the batch file.
• In the absence of faculty cross check the batch file data with the students
• Whenever Learning Coordinator will visit the batch must take the oral feed back of the running class and ask questions each student as per syllabus
• For poor absenteeism and other student issues sit with faculty & students and motivate/ suggest accordingly to be confirmed as per properly.
• Sit with the faculty to improve the class to extent.
• Conducting the midterm exam.
• Conducting the midterm feedback.
• Conducting the final exam.
• Conducting the final feedback.
• Should have all the student details of his territory with his own remarks on each student.
• Communicating with Learning Manager.
• Communicating with Project coordinator/ manager.
• Send weekly report to Learning Manager.
• Maintain his own report/ data properly so that it can be quarried and manipulate quickly and as expected.
• Activity to confirm the book/ toolkit has reached to the students at proper time.
• Activity to confirm the Certificates are ready at earliest after finishing the training.

SALARY:-(10-12)K
