Government of India, Department of Atomic Energy, Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) invites applications for special recruitment of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Stenographer Grade-III and Stipendiary Trainee. The last date for receipt of applications is 30th October 2015.

Maximum Age Limit (as on 30/10/2015):

Educational Qualifications:

Lower Division Clerk ->

(1) Matriculation or equivalent with 50% marks.
(2) Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in typewriting in English. A physically handicapped person who is qualified to hold the clerical post, but does not possess the said qualification in typewriting may be considered for appointment, subject to the condition that the Medical Board attached to the Special Employment Exchange for handicapped or where there is no Special Board, a Civil Surgeon certifies that the said handicapped person is not in a fit condition to be able to type.
(3) Desirable - Knowledge of computer data processing.

Steno Grade-III (English) ->

(1) Matriculation or equivalent with 50% marks.
(2) A speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography.
(3) Typing speed in English of 30 words per minute.
(4) Desirable - Knowledge of computer application, data entry & data Processing.

Stipendiary Trainee (CAT.I) - Physics ->

(1) B.Sc. with minimum 60% marks with following combination of subjects:- Physics as principal subject and among other two subsidiary subjects Mathematics is compulsory and any one from the following subjects:- Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics & Computer Science e.g., (a) Physics (Principal), Mathematics & Chemistry or (b) Physics [Principal), Mathematics & Computer Science or (c) Physics (Principal), Mathematics & Electronics or (d) Physics (Principal), Mathematics & Statistics. (OR)
(2) Candidates with minimum 60% marks in B.Sc. with Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Computer Science as subjects with equal weightage
will also be considered.

Stipendiary Trainee (CAT.I) Electronics/Instrumentation -> Minimum 60% marks in Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (3 years after SSC or 2 years after Higher Secondary).

Stipendiary Trainee (CAT.II)- Engineering Draughting -> SSC with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate plus trade certificate of minimum 1 year duration in relevant trade (ITI) from a recognized Institution.

Selection Process: Written Test, Skill Test and Interview.
