5 day trip for a couple Nainital

Hi

Me and my wife are planning a trip to Nainital. We will reach Kathgodam from Delhi & have exact 5 days during which we wish to visit Ranikhet, Kausani, Dhanaulti, Corbett National Park, Kanatal and Gwaldam besides Nainital. Please share your experiences and suggestions regarding the places and if at all this would be the right approach. We wish to have a hassle-free memorable trip with some quiet places and moderate adventure activities like boating, angling, trekking etc. I welcome suggestions from anyone who has been to these places and whether these would be ideal for us. Also, please suggest good hotels ranging from Rs. 1500-2000 per night at Nainital and other places. Which of the above places should we choose for night stay at hotels?
