The permanent staffing segment includes there distinct division - database selection, advertised recruitment and turn key recruitment services. We would take on specific selective assignments at middle and junior level positions based on a thorough understanding of the job specification, organizational culture and other critical attributes required for the specific position.

BCS activities would involve resume aggregation from our databank, validation by way of preliminary interviews and reference checks prior to the presentation of final candidates to the client. We would maintain contact with the candidates till such times that joins duty.

Flexi Staffing

BCS’s formula of combining recruitment, payroll processing, in house team, training and HR consulting helps in to manage pan India assignments effortlessly.

BCS undertakes the mobilization of personnel in the specified numbers and their placement locations identified by clients through our own team of commited staffing solution members located across North India.
