English Language Skills Enhancement Programme (ELSEP)

Language proficiency is a process, not an event. MALIKAR’s English Language Skills Enhancement Programme (ELSEP) has been designed specifically to train participants in correct English language usage and habits in the workplace. The underlying emphasis all through is on the continual and consistent improvement of their spoken and written skills for effective communication. The constant feedback and evaluation process ensures that the participants reach the level of proficiency desired in their work situation.

Participants will be taken through constructed exercises for improvement in the specific areas of basic language, vocabulary and pronunciation. They will be motivated and given the confidence to interact in English through discussions and mock scenarios related to their work environment.
Time frame
The program is divided into three levels:

2. ‘I’ Duration two months
