Educational Qualification and Experience:

Assistant Manager (IT) ->

(1) Essential - Master of Computer Applications/ B.Tech (IT)/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Computer Science) from an University recognized by University Grant Commission or 'B' level course from an Institute recognized by Department of Electronics & Accreditation of Computer classes. (OR) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from an University/ Institute recognized by University Grant Commission or "O" Level course from an Institute recognized by Department of Electronics & Accreditation of Computer classes.
(2) Post Qualification Experience - Minimum 6 yrs exp. in computer programming, networking and hardware maintenance in case of Post Graduate degree/B.Tech.(IT) ( 9 years in case of Post Graduate Diploma), out of which 4 yrs experience in the scale of 10800-24500 (IDA) or its equivalent (minimum Rs.25,100/-approx.) in a reputed organization of Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSU/ Private Sector.

Senior Officer (Communication) ->

(1) Essential - Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering / Master of Business Administration (Marketing / Rural Management) from an University / Institute recognized by University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education OR Diploma in Textiles Technology / Textiles Engg./ Handloom Technology from an recognized university/Institution. (OR) Degree in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology / Master of Business Administration (Marketing)/ M. Sc. (Organic/Textile Chemistry) from an University / Institute recognized by University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education OR Diploma in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology from an recognized university/ Institution.
(2) Desirable - Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
(3) Post Qualification Experience - Minimum 4 years experience in case of Degree Holder/MBA/M.Sc out of which 2 years experience in the scale of 9000-21000 (IDA) and minimum 5 years in case of Diploma Holder (out of which 3 years in the scale of 9000-21000 (IDA) or its equivalent(minimum Rs.21,000/- approx.) in the field of Marketing / Production of yarn OR Marketing / Working.

Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts) ->

(1) Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years) from an University recognized by University Grant Commission / Institution recognized by AICTE OR CA/ICWA(CMA)- Inter OR Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Financial Management / Financial Planning from an university/college recognized by University Grant Commission OR M.Com/B.Com from an University recognized by University Grant Commission.
(2) Desirable - Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, Accounting Packages, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
(3) Post Qualification Experience - Minimum 4 years experience in case of CA/ICWA(CMA) OR MBA -Finance (out of which 2 years in the scale of 9000-21000 (IDA) and minimum 5 yrs. experience in case of CA/ICWA(CMA)-Inter / Diploma Holder (out of which 3 years in the scale of 9000-21000 (IDA) and minimum 7 years in case of B.Com / M.Com) (out of which 4 yrs. in the pay scale of 9000-21000 (IDA) or equivalent(minimum Rs.21,000/- approx.) in the field of Finance / Accounts / Internal Audit in a reputed organization of Central Govt. / State Govt./ PSU / Private Sector.

Deputy Manager(F&A) ->

(1) Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years) from an University recognized by University Grant Commission / Institution recognized by AICTE OR CA/ICWA(CMA)-Inter.

(3) Post Qualification Experience - Minimum 8 years experience in the field of Finance /Accounts / Internal Audit in case of CA/ICWA or MBA (11 yrs. in case of CA/ICWA(CMA) - Inter) out of which 4 yrs. experience in the scale of 16400-40500 (IDA) or its equivalent(minimum Rs.38,200/-approx.) in a reputed organization of Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSU/Private Sector.
