personality development classes for students

A workshop cum- seminar for the students of SAINIK SCHOOL, LUCKNOW was organised by Aatmsat Image Management on the theme:- Problems of distraction and concentration of students and the Strategic Management of Study and Learning .
The Seminar was attended by the entire school of 650 Cadets , Teachers and Principal. Students enjoyed every bit of the interactive session and light was also thrown on the importance of Pranayam and Meditation in studies.The hour long lecture ended with huge round of applauds and appreciation.
