1. To ensure thatthe telephone is answered promptly,skillfully, courteously and taking
actions as perrequest promptly.
2. Maintain customersatisfaction by analyzing, investigating and resolving complaints
timely and alsomaintain the complain register.
3. Answer and screen all incoming callsin a professional, efficient, commercially
acceptable, and courteousmanner.
4. Takemessages on the telephone correctly and route itto the correct person.
5. Provide phone supportfor all non‐technical questionsrelated to products,services,
or processes.Gather appropriate information fromthe callerto ensure theirissues
are resolved and/orthey are connected to the correctindividual.
6. Follow the Escalation Procedure religiously to provide timely resolution to customers
issues.
7. Respond promptly to customerinquiries
8. Ensuresthat all decisions and resulting actions aremade timely and executed
properly.
9. Follow up on customerinteractions.
10. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be preferred

1. Male and Female Candidates with strong written and oral communication skills,
Polished presentation
2. Excellent phone skills
3. MicrosoftOffice skills
4. Internet and good communication skills Knowledge of English&Hindi Computer
typing preferred.
