Qualification & Experience: As per MCI norms.

Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of 1500/- ( 750/- for SC / ST) in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
