Educational Qualification & Experience:

Senior Manager (Prod. & Design) ->

(1) Essential - Degree in Mechanical / Production Engg. or equivalent from a recognized university / institution. 8 Years' experience in Production / Training / Design Department of the tool room / reputed engineering industry of which 5 years in a responsible Technology / Management position.
(2) Desirable: Post Graduate diploma in Engineering/Technology/Management from recognized institution. Practical experience in Tool Production/Tool Design. Experience in use of computers for Production Planning, MIS, Cost Accounting etc. Experience in Tool Production using CNC machines, CAD/CAM technology etc.

Assistant Manager (Heat Treatment) ->

(1) Essential - Degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engg. / Electrical or equivalent from a recognized university / institution. 3 Years for degree holders in Heat Treatment of Engineering products including tool steels in reputed engineering industry / institution. (OR) 2 Years training in Central Tool Room, Ludhiana after graduation/one year training in CTR after Post graduation.
(2) Desirable - Post Graduate Diploma in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engg./Production/ Electrical or equivalent from recognized institution. Experience in use of Vacuum Heat Treatment Technology of engineering product.

LDC ->

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university / institution or equivalent with English typing Speed of 30 w.p.m.
(2) 3 years' experience in Accounts/ Store/ Administration in a reputed organization.

Technician Grade - III ->

(1) Essential - 10th Pass from a recognized Board / Institution with I.T.I. in Turner / Machinist / Tool & Die Making. One Year practical experience in reputed Tool Rooms/Industrial Institutes.
(2) Desirable - Certificate Course in CAD/CAM/CNC. Experience in CNC Machining.
