Cyprus Study Visa 100% Sure

This is a quick email to ensure the application procedure is followed in order to maintain our 100% successful visas!

Please find below important guidelines on the visa application/attestation of documents. Kindly ensure to inform your students accordingly.

To receive the letter of acceptance we need to receive the students copy of passport as well as academic documents! (year 12 MUST be above 50%)
Once the student has his/her acceptance letter they are able to proceed with obtaining the following documents
1. Copy of passport valid for at least 2 years

2. Copy of academic documents year 10 and year 12 (average must be over 50%).
For MBA students we need additional transcripts and certificate of their undergraduate program

3. Police clearance certificate

4. Medical Documents must be issued by public/federal hospitals and not by private hospitals or clinics. (see attachment)

5. Bank Verification Letter: The bank verification letter must clearly state that the student s sponsor has the financial ability to support his/her living and tuition expenses. Sponsor may only be father/mother/self. The letter must also clearly state the relationship between sponsor and student.

In the event that the sponsor is not father/mother/self, then an affidavit must be submitted along with the bank letter stating the sponsor s relation to the student and his/her willingness to sponsor the student for all expenses.
6. A supporting bank statement must be included with the bank verification letter which clearly shows the minimum amount of 7000 in the student s/sponsor s account and it should be issued within 30 days prior to the submission of the application. The amount should be available in the sponsor s account for at least one month prior to the visa application deadline.

Note:
Non-Governmental Documents (i.e. bank verification letter and bank statement) must include the name and contact information of the issuing authority (i.e. bank contact details, medical laboratory details, etc.), and must be attested by Notary Public (or Chamber of Commerce) otherwise they will NOT be accepted by the Migration Department.

All documents must be officially translated into English by an approved translator and must be attested by the proper authorities as original documents. We must receive both original attested documents and official attested translations.

Attestation of Documents Deadline: to be confirmed (beginning of August)

All documents must be prepared and duly attested by the appropriate authorities of the student s country.
India / Ukraine documents are apostil.
Russia/Africa/Serbia/ Bangladesh/Nepal /Pakistan documents need to be stamped as follows:
