TREATMENT OF GALL STONES
CHOLELITHIASIS C/ CHOLECYSTITIS :- Charanjeet Kaur 27/F File No. 12424 ,she came to us with ultrasound report[ Multiple gall stones 9mm & 10 mm, Kidney stones both sides ] Febuary 4,2010 with severe abdominal pain. After taking the entire case record she was given medicine for 15 days. Same medicine was repeated after another fortnight. When she came after fortnight she developed some pain in the renal region ,but there was no abdominal pain. Her appetite restored . No nausea and vomitting was there. Medicine given for 3 months. Meanwhile she came with the reports of June 2,2010 ,it was found size of gall stones marked reduction and there was no calculi in right kidneybut 14 mm stone in left kidney.Again medicine was given for 5 months. Again on Nov 2,2010 another sonography was done and found there was no calculi in gall stone but 6mm and 5mm stones in left kideny. Treatment Continue............
