There is urgent requirement of Associate-Client Relations & Delivery for a recruitment consultancy company.
Responsibilities:
1.Meeting HR Heads in companies, signing up agreement and generating recruitment & similar
assignments.
2.Briefing/coordinating with Recruitment team through mail and/or phone
3.handling issues like communication with clients, minimizing gaps with them.
4.overall client expansion and growth.
5.Generating vacancies for recruitment team and handling billing process.
Location: Any where in India
Remuneration:
Attractive commission and not limited or Time based. Your one meeting with HR can give you very good earnings . All clients addition will give you cumulative and recurring business resulting in recurring and continuous earnings for life time that is all revenue generated will be counted for commission purpose which is highly attractive.
Shortlisted candidates will be given commissions 20% on gross revenue and after 1 year revenue from same client will be 10% for commission. persons looking for fixed salary need not apply.
There is no termination clause in contract letter Except in case of violation of code of conduct.
