Training of Trainers
ITSMBA provides a platform for Training of Trainers for Management and Business Skills or Acumen. The Participants get trained as Business and Management Trainer for Vocational Skills as well as professional acumen. The complete program is divided into 4 levels first two levels are: O level and A level. On completion of O level And A level the participant is eligible for apprenticeship as certified vocational trainer for business skill. The competency developed during O level and A level are related with skills necessary for most of the businesses specially micro and small business. Each level is divided into two semesters. Each semester is divided into two quarters. Each quarter are of 3 month of duration. This division into levels, semesters and quarters provides visibility to the participant for skill sets in which he/she is going to be effective. The contents of various semesters or quarters gives you a clear picture of the competency s in person is going to be trained.
