Responsibilities
Adding new employee contact information and employment details to company databases.
Examining application materials and resumes from prospective hires to find qualified applicants for open positions.
Setting up interviews with those who made the short list.
Putting up job postings on social media and job boards.
Eliminating job postings from social media and job sites after positions are filled.
Helping the HR team collect data on market salaries.
Helping to organise events for the firm.
Getting ready to send candidates emails or letters of acceptance or rejection.
Putting together orientations for new hires.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policy, employee benefits, and other HR-related concerns.
