- Double Height Staircase: The heart of this residence is a freestanding double height staircase, beautifully finished with wooden cladding over steel treads. It elegantly divides the living and dining areas, culminating in a roof adorned with strategically positioned skylights. The CNC cut-outs and motifs in the skylight create a captivating play of shadows, capturing the arc of the sun and filling the space with an ever-changing dance of natural light.

- Thoughtful Layout: The spatial layout maximizes the use of the linear site by carefully dispersing the built form and greenery in proportional measure. The ground floor houses essential spaces such as living, dining, puja, kitchen, master bedroom, and a family area. On the first floor, you'll find a guest room, two children's rooms, and an entertainment room.

- Seamless Connectivity: The design of the residence ensures a free visual movement between the living and dining areas while maintaining a constant connection to the outdoors. The use of shades of brown and a white palette cleverly shields the built-up areas, complementing any decorating style. This design responds to the north, bringing soft and diffused east light into the interiors.

- Elegant Materiality: The materiality of the house boasts Italian Statuario marble stone floors with wooden-clad ceilings and white paint finishes. These elements are juxtaposed with strong wooden panels and a shades-of-grey palette. The accent concrete walls in the stairwell beautifully complement the wood and white finishes.

- Rooftop Pool: On the second level, you'll be greeted by an ample central pool. This inbuilt filter swimming pool is a marvel, with automatic water filtration for four years from installation. Enjoy the view from the deck flooring and the canopy roof cladded on all sides, offering a warm contrast to the expansive vitrified flooring with deep black and wood finishes.
