1. PARTICIPATES IN THE PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET; MONITORS ACHIEVEMENT OF BUDGET AND TAKES CORRECTIVES TEPS AS APPROPRIATE.
2.HOTEL HOUSING ACTIVITIES BY WORKING CLOSELY WITH , HOUSEKEEPING AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS.

"Prepares foods to the specifications and makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.
