Phase:1
 Project Preparation
 AS IS Study in client location
 BPML (Business Process Master list)
 Collect all the current reports
Phase:2
 TO BE Finalization
 BBP / PDD Document Preparation.
 Functional Spec Preparation for RICEF Objects.
 Key Data Structure finalization.
 Identify the GAP and solution proposed to client.
Phase:3
 Configuration in DEV Server
 Release the FS to ABAP team
 Unit Testing with Development Server
Phase:4
 Integration Testing in Quality Server
 ABAP Objects Testing in Quality Server
 Master Data Upload with MM, SD, PP, FICO, HCM Module.
 Prepare Configuration Document.
 End user Training and document preparation
 Configuration document preparation
 End User Acceptance Testing in Quality server.
 Upload and Test all the Configuration and ABAP Objects in Pre-Production Server.
Phase:5
 GO Live and Support.
 Meeting with Client and the Company.
 Announce the Go live.
 Start work in SAP Server.
 Continues their day to day activities in PRD server.

• Should have knowledge in RICEF Objects
• Functional Spec and Technical Spec knowledge.
• Knowledge in project deliverable documents such as AS IS, TO BE, PDD, KDS, UT, SIT, UAT and Configurations.
• Client handling skills.

• Should have very good communication skills.
