The Royal Global University's (RGU) approach to formal education is learner-centric, and as a result, the University has adopted the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) to allow flexibility in the education system, so that students can choose inter-disciplinary, intra-disciplinary, and skill-based courses based on their interests, learning needs, and aptitude, with an emphasis on improving students' ability in Communication Skills and Behavioural Approach. CBCS ensures that education is broad-based and meets global standards, which is urgently needed. A holistic education's goal is to instil ethical ideals and morals in an individual's consciousness while also building intellectual brains in order to effect positive change in society.
