There are many leaders around the world that are more interested in lining their pockets and the coffers of the Swiss bank than using government funds for making investments that would encourage economic growth and prosperity. Surely, if these leaders had a vision that was geared towards improving their economies then there would be more visible opportunities for the masses that live in these countries.
Also, there are many countries torn apart by war, and unlike India and other Western nations, MOST nations become poorer due to war, not richer. In a situation like this, then you would expect that if a person were to leave their war torn nation, they would have more access to opportunities. That being said, there are a lot of people in countries outside India that can be considered poor who are doing quite well for themselves and have no problem manifesting abundance in their lives. Conversely, there are MANY, MANY people in India who are poor and have a lot of problems manifesting abundance in their lives. These people doing well in Third World countries that are considered poor in many cases are content to stay where they are and have no desire to live in India. Also, many of these folks in these Third World countries are creating wealth legitimately and not by crooked indicates.
