NISM certified candidates are required by leading stock brokers, Registrars, banks for their securities division, etc. NISM certified candidates (freshers) are offered a package of Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 250,000 p.a. by leading organizations (such as HDFC Securities, Karvy Stock Broking, etc.).
