As per definition passed by the Hon ble Pravesh Niyantran Samiti in its meeting dated 27th September 2007, it is clear that the person having first degree blood relation with the student, therefore the following relations to be considered as sponsored of the candidate for granting admission in NRI Quota, the details of which are as under :-



Father/Mother of the candidate, or
Real Brother/Sister, or
Father/Mother of father i.e. paternal grand father/grand mother, or
Father/Mother of mother i.e. maternal grand father/grand mother, or
The real brother/sister of father/mother, or
First degree-paternal and maternal cousins i.e. children s of above clause (V)


I) To prove the NRI status of the claimant/sponsor, following documents are

required to be submitted

1) DR. SHOBHANA LELE ( M.B.B.S)

FAMILY PHYSICIAN



I the undersigned Dr. Shobhana Lele was treated for Plantarfascitis (Lt) for 5 sittings. I was given Iontophoresis with salicylic Acid 2% followed by stretching. I have recovered 90% on pain and oedema. I have been advised to continue stretching at home.

I have found this treatment very beneficial and I will recommend this to my patients.

He stands with support for 5 to 7 minutes.
He sits without support for 10 minutes.
He crawls on his stomach forward since the past week.
Tries to be on his knee like a horse for 1-2 minutes.
