AFMSD Recruitment 2016 Civilian Posts (14 Vacancies)

Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot (AFMSD), Mumbai invites applications from Indian Nationals for recruitment of Civilian LDC, Store Keeper, Cook, Canteen Bearer and Tradesman Mate. Eligible candidates apply within 21 days from the date of advertisement in Employment News Paper (07 - 13 May 2016).

Educational Qualifications:

LDC ->

(a) Matric with 12th passed or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
(b) A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer. (35 wpm & 30 wpm correspond to 10500KDPH / 9000KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word)

Store Keeper ->

(a) Matric with 12th passed or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
(b) A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer. (35 wpm & 30 wpm correspond to 10500KDPH / 9000KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word)
(c) Must have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in handling of medical store.

Cook -> Matriculation or equivalent exam with one year experience in the trade.

Canteen Bearer / Tradesman Mate -> Matriculation or equivalent.

Selection Process: Written Test and Trade Test.

How to Apply: The application form must be affixed with one passport size photograph. Additional one more photograph to be attached with application. The application form along with necessary documents to be forwarded to The Commandant, AFMSD, Akurli Cross Road No.3, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-400101. The Last date of receipt of application is 21 Days (i.e. Last date will be 27/05/2016 up to 4:00 PM).
