Another Mumbai hospital says wont waste vax to give booste

Powai's L H Hiranandani Hospital has decided to give booster shots to its healthcare workers and the elderly if it fails to exhaust vaccine stocks. The hospital, which currently has 10,000 shots of Covishield costing nearly Rs 63 lakh, said administering booster shots would be more prudent than throwing away vaccines. India still doesn't have a policy on booster shots, although many in Mumbai and other cities have skirted Cowin to take the third dose.
