Club Mahindra Membership Sale

Hello everyone....I own two Club Mahindra Memberships as per following details-
1. One White Studio for 33 years from April 2001 to March 2034, with 17.8 immediately ready-to-use days available (3.8 days already paid for and approximately Rs.25,000/- unpaid for 14 days). 18 more Weeks will be available to the buyer from April 2016 till March 2034. I am expecting at least Rs.2,50,000/- for this deal.
2. One Blue Studio for 10 years from April 2013 to March 2023, with 21 immediately ready-to-use days available (7 days already paid for and approximately Rs.25,000/- unpaid for 14 days). 7 more Weeks will be available to the buyer from April 2016 till March 2023. I am expecting at least Rs.1,25,000/- for this deal.
