Direct Admission to B.Tech Marine Engineering

The B.Tech Marine Engineering Course is a four years residential programme, structured into eight academic semesters.

Eligibility: Passed+2 or its equivalent with an average mark of 60% in PCM and 50% marks in English either in class 10th or +2

Duration: Four Years.

Age limit: Below 25 years.

Medical standard:
Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard norms, with eye sight up to 0.5 distance vision with no colour blindness.

Career Path:
After the completion of the course the cadets will be issued with the CDC, INDoS No., Course Completion and Degree Certificate. The cadets will join the Ship as a Fifth Engineer.
