4. After finalization of any property, to initiate, follow up and complete the process from documentation to registration.

5. In case of sale of any property, follow the same process from identifying the prospective buyers and getting the best deal.

6. In case of existing property to be rented, to visit the property, do the necessary things needed to be done inside the property like furniture, repairing etc.,

7. Identify prospective tenants and finalizing best from them with in a stipulated time.

8. Complete the process of making and registration of rent agreement and submit a copy to the tenant.

9. Make regular follow ups and see to it that, rent is received by 10th of every month.

10.Be in touch with the tenants regarding any other issues.
