Training in group of 4, for Beginners:
3 times a week, 12 sessions a Month - Rs.2000.
Practical knowledge and training on how to perform different exercises and their benefits.
Improve Form & Techniques to prevent risk and injuries.
Personal Training (Individual):
Same training as provided in group of 4.
3 times a week, 12 sessions a Month - Rs. 2500
Membership only to do workouts (no trainer):
1 Month - Rs. 2000
Personal Training on daily basis (6 days a week) + Membership:
1 Month - Rs.6500.
