Speaker: Mrs Joulyn Kenny Francis is a Forensic Expert with a major in Forensic Serology she has over past 6 years of experience working with Ifo Forensic Standards and Research Pltd. She has completed her training with Forensic serlogy Department at CBI, Hyderabad and is a curator to many Workshops/Training Programs to Law , forensic, psychology and biotechnology students.
