Hiring on SHIFT INCHARGE PRODUCTION

To carry out all instructions laid out by FM / Process Head in the respective shifts.
Drive the overall performance of the plant to ensure that production activities occur as scheduled within the plan.
Liaise and coordinate with process head to progress issues concerning production planning and resource allocation
to ensure dispatch of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications
To achieve and maintain high productivity & Yields during their shift. To stop machinery operations when the
desired results are not achieved in the shift.
To receive Raw Materials and effective processing in Planning, Granulation/Activation/Finished Product Screening
and Packing/Dispatches/ Quality Control/ Store Keeping/ Preventive Maintenance/Steam Generation and Power/General Administration/Welfare and House Keeping.
To efficiently and skillfully handle situations in co-ordination with the other departments in matter relating
