Job Description:
1. Responsible for Hotel Reservations
2. Interface between the Clients and Hotels
3. Analysis of requirement, finding the suitable Hotel options
4. Responsible for creation of a client base
5. Liaison between the sales team RM and the client
6. Hotel contracting for Hotels, keeping the profitability in mind
7. Negotiating & closing the deals with hotels
8. Identifying the opportunities to increase the database of Hotel
9. Maintaining database of Hotels
10. Maintaining profitability targets by ensuring good IRR and cross sell
11. Should be flexible to travel within Mumbai
12. Should be flexible with shift timing between 10 am to 10 pm
Requirement :
1. Good Communication skills is a must
2. 1-2 year of work experience in Operational/Support role & contracting.
3. Understands banquets & conferences at Hotels would be added advantage
4. Preference would be given to some who has good relationship with Hoteliers.
Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA / PGDBA / Diploma preferred in travel / tourism / hospitality sector
