hourly basis place up for grabs-hobby classes

hi all. its a big shout out to all those young ambitious talented creative people who wish to run their own academy but due to high rentals and deposits are unable to do so.
we have a place just apt for you. a 550 sq feet place is available for hourly basis to conduct a class for a small group upto 8 people.
we offer 500 rs per hour and 900 for 2 hours. we take into account a small fee of deposit which can be discussed based on the scheme you would like to go with,
ideal for tutions, art and crafts, music, so on and so forth.
in short to fit in 8 to 10 pax you can conduct anything you would like to. the electricity will be taken care by us. do get back to us for further details.
