Educational Qualifications:

Dean -> Master s Degree in Economics / Law/ Commerce/ Management / Accounts /Finance with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Finance.

Joint Secretary (HR) -> Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in HR/ HRD from Government recognized Universities / Institutes. Degree in Law will be an added advantage. A minimum of 15 years post qualification relevant experience.

Joint Secretary (F&A) -> A Graduate degree from a recognized University and Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from Government recognized Universities / Institutes. A minimum of 15 years post qualification relevant experience.

Director (Liasioning & Placement) -> Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Marketing from Government recognized Universities / Institutes. A minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience.

Director (Academics) -> Master s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law / Finance. A minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience.

Director (Strategies) -> Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management from Government recognized Universities / Institutes. A minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience.

Director (Research) -> Master s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law / Commerce/ Management/ Finance. A minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience.

Deputy Director (Research) -> Master s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. Good academic record with MPhil degree in Economics/ Law / Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/ Finance. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D qualification and NET pass candidates. A minimum of 05 years post qualification relevant experience.

Deputy Director (Secretarial Standards Board) -> A Graduate Degree from a recognised University and a Post Graduate Degree in Law with at least 55% marks (OR) A Graduate Degree from a recognized University and Final pass of the CS/CA/CMA Examination. A minimum of 05 years post qualification relevant experience.

Research Associate -> Master s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. Good academic record with MPhil degree in Economics/ Law / Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/ Finance. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D qualification and NET pass candidates. A minimum of 03 years post qualification relevant experience.

Assistant Director (F&A) -> A Graduate degree from a recognized University and Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from Government recognized Universities / Institutes. A minimum of 05 years post qualification relevant experience.

Assistant Education Officer -> A Graduate degree from a recognized University and final pass of CS/CA/CMA examination. (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Commerce / Law / Management with 50% marks.

Junior Programmer -> MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized Institute / University. Minimum 6 months post qualification experience in programming in relevant field.
